Glenn Meyaard, CPA
Glenn Started the firm on July 1, 1985. He had previously been a partner in another CPA firm for sixteen years. Glenn has completed over forty years in combined public and industrial accounting, and continues to serve small businesses, individuals and trusts in their tax and accounting needs.
Jayne E. Venlet, CPA
Jayne E. Venlet, CPA joined the firm in May, 1989 after completing over seven years' experience in service and industrial accounting. Jayne works with many of the Firm's nonprofit organization clients, while also serving businesses and individuals. As well, Jayne has served on a number of not-for-profit organization boards and school committees. She currently serves on the finance committee of her church, and recently served as treasurer of Good Samaritan Ministries of Holland.
Charles D. Olszewski, CPA
Charles D. Olszewski, CPA, joined the Firm in September, 2000, after approximately seventeen years with a Grand Rapids CPA firm. He has over twenty-five years experience providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services to a variety of businesses, not-for-profit organizations and individuals. Chuck has served on several boards and finance committees, including Gilda's Club Grand Rapids and Railside Golf Club. Chuck retired from the firm in 2019.
John P. Rosendall, CPA
In September, 2006, John P. Rosendall, CPA, joined the firm as a specialist in the accounting and auditing area, after seven years with a large regional certified public accounting firm, working with a wide variety of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. John's work history also includes employment with another Grand Rapids firm, as well as a Canadian public accounting firm, for a total of over thirty years of accounting experience. John has served on the board of Plymouth Christian Schools in Grand Rapids.
Lyndon Wood, CPA, joined the firm in August 2016, after spending twenty-nine years between two other Grand Rapids-area CPA firms. He has served small to medium sized businesses as well as individuals in a variety of tax, accounting, and consulting matters. Lyndon’s experience includes clients in the service, retail, construction, and rental industries and some not-for-profit entities too. He has also represented clients before the IRS and the State of Michigan with various tax matters, and he helps clients review their QuickBooks files as well. Lyndon is currently the treasurer and a trustee at his church.
Matthew J. Mol, CPA, CFE
Audit and Accounting Supervisor
Matt joined the firm in the summer of 2009, and after five years of experience with a large regional CPA firm, Matt has worked with a number of for-profit, and not-for-profit and governmental clients, providing a range of services from financial statement audits, reviews and compilations to income tax preparation services. Matt is a Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE).
Chanda Leech, CPA
Chanda joined the firm in August 2016 after three years of experience with another CPA firm. Her primary focus before transitioning to MTV has been on individual income taxes and payroll. She also has experience assisting with business financial statements and taxes.
Tyler D. Westman, CPA, MST
Tyler D. Westman joined the Firm in October, 2020, after spending nine years between three other mid-sized public accounting firms. Tyler brings extensive experience serving not-for-profit organizations, while also working with a variety of other businesses and individuals. Prior to joining MTV, Tyler focused heavily on providing a wide range of tax services to his clients, including federal, state, and local tax compliance, tax planning, tax controversy services and more. Tyler also has experience providing various other accounting services as well. Tyler currently serves on the finance committee at his church.
Katie joined the firm in September 2016 after working with small businesses in Colorado for the last ten years. She enjoys working with clients providing accounting, tax preparation, payroll and consulting services. She also has many years of experience with QuickBooks including setup, training, and review.
Simone joined the firm in September 2019 after graduating from Grand Valley State University with her master’s degree in accounting. She has previous bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience. She is also currently working on obtaining her CPA license.
Julie joined the firm in the payroll department in November of 2015. She graduated from Davenport University with a degree as a Business Information Specialist. She worked for several years in an administrative role with a focus on in-house publishing, then turned to working in both payroll and bookkeeping.
BJ joined Priority One Payroll in January of 2016. She brings a wide range of payroll knowledge and experience to our team. She has worked in the payroll field for over 25 years performing such duties as processing payroll and providing tax filing services for many businesses with employees across the United States. She has served as a board member for Financial Women International, participated in fund raising activities for Gilda’s Club of Grand Rapids and volunteered for Habitat for Humanity.
